  • Dana Astrow

    Dana Astrow has been influencing the landscape of creativity in the brand marketing and advertising/film production community since her early beginnings in the industry. Since launching ARC, Dana has successfully and nearly single-handedly filled a definitive niche as a creative recruiter who connects the makers behind some of the most effective top-level content being produced today.

    Dana got her start in New York City where she established herself as a leading sales rep for one of the most competitive commercial production communities across the globe. Her presence as a respected marketing/talent manager and rep was marked by her co-ownership of the independent repping firm, Astrow-Ziegler, and the success of her subsequent solo venture, AstrowGirl.

    Upon moving to Los Angeles in 2005, Dana recognized a gap in the market, and drew upon her eye for identifying talent and her passion for fostering long-lasting relationships, combining this unique toolset to launch ARC.

    ARC broadened its reach in 2012, establishing offices in New York with the addition of Sally Coonan at the East Coast helm.
  • Sally Coonan

    A native of Ireland, Sally Coonan came to New York for a three-month stay, and is now well over a decade late for her intended return. One small job in commercial production briskly blossomed into a powerhouse career; starting as a junior independent rep, Sally quickly moved up the ranks to in-house sales positions at top production companies HSI and RSA, where she represented and managed the directorial talent. Next came her role as Head of Sales at Moxie Pictures, where she oversaw marketing and brand development, along with spearheading both their domestic and international sales teams.

    After a brief sabbatical in 2012, traveling the country within the cozy confines of a 19-foot vintage camper followed by a stint volunteering in Haiti, Sally came on board as a partner in ARC at Dana’s irrefusable request. Sally helped expand ARC’s East Coast clientele and establish the New York office, where she continues to foster long-lasting relationships between top talents in diverse creative industries.
  • Ann Zagaroli

    Ann grew up in an entrepreneurial and creative family which fostered her life-long desire to be around makers, creators and doers. With a passion for music, Ann began her career in advertising representing an original music and sound design company.

    Nearly a decade working in-house at Sacred Noise, Brand New School and The Barbarian Group, Ann moved on in 2008 to co-found independent representation company simpatico. where she represented top tier talent in film, design/animation, post, digital and experiential. Following her 7 year tenure at simpatico., Ann moved into a business development consulting role at branding agency Gretel.

    Ann now brings her expertise to ARC.  Her ability to call on her many years of experience in the creative services industry, recognition of talent and ability to place that talent in the right position, dovetail with ARC’s unique stature in the industry as they expand and chart new terrain together.
