  • We shoot for the stars, but will be pragmatic in our recommendations.  While your ideal candidate may not always be available, there is exceptional talent in the industry, and it’s our mission to find the right fit for you.

  • Our effectiveness lies in being your dedicated advocate throughout the search process. As a policy, we work exclusively and do not collaborate with other recruitment firms. However, we are open to discussing exceptions based on specific circumstances.

  • On average, the process from the start of ARC’s search to the new hire’s first day takes about 8-12 weeks, with our current Time to Fill averaging 63 days.  We are committed to working as swiftly and strategically as possible to ensure an efficient and effective hiring process.

  • Our fees are structured at 20% of the annual salary for the hire, which includes a start-up fee to cover the initial research and vetting process. Detailed terms and scheduling are provided in our deal memo.

  • It’s common for our clients to have previously attempted to fill a position themselves or worked with other recruiters.  To ensure there is no overlap, we ask that you fully disclose any prior contact with candidates before we begin our search.
