Dana Astrow has been a driving force in the creative world of brand marketing, advertising, and film production since her early days in the industry. As the founder of ARC, she has expertly filled a unique niche, connecting top creative talent with the minds behind some of today's most influential content.

Dana launched her career in New York City, quickly establishing herself as a leading sales representative in one of the most competitive commercial production markets globally. She co-owned the independent firm Astrow-Ziegler before launching her own successful venture, AstrowGirl, further cementing her reputation as a respected talent manager and marketer.

After relocating to Los Angeles in 2005, Dana spotted a gap in the market and, drawing on her keen eye for talent and passion for building lasting relationships, she founded ARC.  The mission remains to deliver a transformative recruiting experience, empowering companies to build and shape their creative teams by connecting them with the ideal talent to fuel innovation and achieve lasting success.
