A native of Ireland, Sally Coonan began as a junior independent rep, swiftly rising to in-house sales roles at renowned production companies like HSI and RSA, where she managed and represented directorial talent. She later became Head of Sales at Moxie Pictures, where she led both domestic and international sales teams while driving marketing and brand development.

In 2012, after a break spent traveling the U.S. in a vintage camper and volunteering in Haiti, Sally joined ARC as a partner, at Dana's compelling invitation. Since then, she has helped expand ARC's East Coast clientele, establishing the New York office and fostering enduring relationships with top talent in diverse creative fields.  Sally takes a highly personalized approach to recruiting, characterized by meticulous attention to detail, clear and precise communication, and a commitment to honesty and authenticity in every client interaction.
